The Challenge
MotorDocs is a UK startup creating products to make auto dealerships more efficient and paper free. They needed help to develop a paperless solution for running the service function of auto dealerships. They wanted their iServiceFile product to manage repair work under warranty, maintenance, or from accident and allow service managers to easily manage the assignment to technicians.
Our Work
We developed a web application that digitally handles any service work provided by a car dealership. The app includes image and video capture and the ability to edit those files after capture. It handles the approval process for warranty work and incorporates digital signing. We developed an easy-to-use system for service managers to control the work assignment, see workload for technicians, and see progress for improved customer service.
