Your time zone, your tools
We work in US business hours and can use your tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Teams, Slack) or ours.
Contracts, ownership and security
The questions procurement and IT ask most, answered before you sign.
- Code and IP: ownership of the source code and intellectual property is set out in your contract, agreed before work starts.
- Confidentiality: we sign your NDA, or use ours, before you share details.
- Hosting: we work in your Azure subscription or ours; in yours, your IT team keeps control of networking and access.
- Healthcare data: we sign HIPAA business associate agreements (BAAs).
- Source code access: how and when you get access to the code repository depends on your engagement model, and is agreed in your contract.
