A lot changed during the COVID lockdown that started in March 2020. 

During the pandemic,

• Our team has been working from home 
• We hired remote developers from other states 
• US & India team worked together till late hours to meet deadlines 
• Everyone knew each other virtually but missed the personal contact 

We at SharpQuest Inc. believe that fun at work is a key element of employee happiness. Relationship among team helps people to have a more positive mindset, enjoy higher levels of well-being, and better mental health. So we planned a fun week at our Ahmedabad office, India. Everyone was eager to see and meet each other after over two years. 

We met for five days. Our remote members travelled to Ahmedabad and stayed in hotel. Our HR team planned team building activities, fun games in the office as well as outdoor activities.
